Asheville, Montford and Black Mountain's Only Interactive Ghost Tours

A message to our customers

We offer only private tours with just your friends and family, along with your private guide for a unique and personal experience.
Tours limited to no more than 9 guests

DISCOUNTED TOURS – We are happy to offer Veteran and AAA Discounts to our guests. Please prepare to show your ID to your ghost host at the beginning of the tour, if you select this ticket option in our reservation system. We also work hard to accommodate our handicapped guests, whenever possible.

BOOKED OUT TOURS - If you check the reservation system and find a tour booked-out, you are welcome to call us and double check to see if we have "walk-on" space available. If you have a GROUP or Private Tour to schedule, we may be able to call another guide to host your tour.

MINIMUM Guests per tour is FOUR persons. We hope you will understand, but we need at least 4 guests (TOTAL, not per party or reservation) for our tour to pay our guides a living wage. Most nights, this is not a problem, but occasionally, bookings can be slower. We hope you will work with us to accommodate you in the best possible way we can. We can either offer a different night, different tour, or an (immediate) FULL REFUND including fees charges, should you book and we cancel the tour for this reason. We also allow a fulyl refunded cancellation if a tour is cancelled at least ONE hour prior to tour time.

Asheville's weather can change at a moments notice! On rainy days, we make a final call on weather at about 6pm based, upon the rest of the evening's forecast. This allows you time to make alternate plans should the weather outlook look bad. If there is lightning in the forecast, we WILL NOT tour. (Do YOU want to use a dousing rod in a lighting storm?) However, we are not made of sugar and we won't melt if we walk in gentle rain. If our guests are up for it... we are!

Susan Firer and Jim Hazard of Milwaukee, WI say: "How could we know this would be our favorite night in Asheville? Architecture, history, camaraderie, an incredibly informed guide, the supernatural at every corner. Really, a terrific way to see Asheville After Dark. We couldn't recommend it enough."
The Besimpki's of Boston, MA on Trip Advisor says: "My family and I went on a tour and had the best time! Even if you're not the biggest believer in paranormal activity, it was a great tour of the city that included lots of historical, and sometimes murderous, stories of Asheville's past."
Kim W. of Las Vegas, NV says: What made this tour stand out from the dozen or so other ghost tours we have enjoyed is that our guide Todd was not only an expert in his local history and architecture but he brought along equipment for us to use to "ghost hunt" ourselves. It was so much fun to see the instruments reacting while they were in your own hands!! Great stories and facts, beautiful city, and personable guide. Very worthwhile.
