DISCOUNTED TOURS – We are happy to offer Veteran and AAA Discounts to our guests. Please prepare to show your ID to your ghost host at the beginning of the tour, if you select this ticket option in our reservation system. We also work hard to accommodate our handicapped guests, whenever possible.
BOOKED OUT TOURS - If you check the reservation system and find a tour booked-out, you are welcome to call us and double check to see if we have "walk-on" space available. If you have a GROUP or Private Tour to schedule, we may be able to call another guide to host your tour.
MINIMUM Guests per tour is FOUR persons. We hope you will understand, but we need at least 4 guests (TOTAL, not per party or reservation) for our tour to pay our guides a living wage. Most nights, this is not a problem, but occasionally, bookings can be slower. We hope you will work with us to accommodate you in the best possible way we can. We can either offer a different night, different tour, or an (immediate) FULL REFUND including fees charges, should you book and we cancel the tour for this reason. We also allow a fulyl refunded cancellation if a tour is cancelled at least ONE hour prior to tour time.
Asheville's weather can change at a moments notice! On rainy days, we make a final call on weather at about 6pm based, upon the rest of the evening's forecast. This allows you time to make alternate plans should the weather outlook look bad. If there is lightning in the forecast, we WILL NOT tour. (Do YOU want to use a dousing rod in a lighting storm?) However, we are not made of sugar and we won't melt if we walk in gentle rain. If our guests are up for it... we are!
