We are available to conduct history and ghost tours ALL YEAR ROUND. (read more)
Obviously, many times in the cooler months, the weather is always the determining factor. If temperatures are not going to drop below 50 on the night tours, we will consider taking a tour of 4 or more guests. Daytime history tours also can run year-round, as long as the wind + cool temperatures are not a deterrent on the day scheduled. Downtowns get quite cold in between the buildings when it is windy, even in August! We are happy to work with you schedule a tour anytime of the year.

We offer FIVE different walking tours! (read more)
Our THREE sunset Ghost tours include downtown Asheville, the infamous Montford Neighborhood located just off of downtown Asheville, and in downtown Black Mountain. We also offer daytime walking history tours in both downtowns, covering historical figures and architecture found in each town. Most walking tours last 1.5-2 hours, depending upon the dynamic of the group. Our walks are easy, fairly level walks with frequent stops, ability to sit and seek restroom facilities. Parking is not included in tour fees. Parking garages and free parking are available near meeting locations of tours. In addition to our regular tours, we also offer PRIVATE TOURS!
